Provider SQL Import Engine

Generic import control centre for current and future provider sources. Use this engine to store source profiles, define import groups and log import runs for DCMEasy, other POS systems, CSV, PDF and later bridge modes. The master database remains protected; imports should be routed only to approved provider databases.

Imports customer master records from the provider source.

Dockets / Orders

Imports order headers, dates, status, value and payment position.

Docket Items

Imports item lines for predictive sales and pricing analysis.

Cancelled Dockets

Imports cancelled order headers for loss and cancellation intelligence.

Cancelled Docket Items

Imports cancelled line items for item-level cancellation review.

Invoices

Imports invoice records and invoice-stage tracking where available.

  • Use one generic engine for all providers and all source types.
  • Use source profiles to point the engine at a specific provider source such as Bellevue / DCMEasy.
  • Log import runs group-by-group so customer, order, item, invoice and cancellation imports can be audited separately.

First Live Direction

  • First source profile can be Bellevue / DCMEasy, but the engine remains generic.
  • First import order should be: customers → dockets → docket items → cancellations → invoices.
  • Once this import shell is stable, the next build becomes the direct source mapping and live import runner.
  • This module is the correct foundation for future fetch bridging and external POS imports.
